Mike is the founder and principal advisor of the Alahaka Group. With a foundation in management consulting and over 20 years of senior executive experience, Mike has led transformations for companies of all sizes — delivering breakthrough results in challenging markets.
Throughout his career, Mike has guided small and mid-size companies through rapid growth, economic downturns and crises. He’s also defined & led complex transformation initiatives across divisions of the largest global enterprises.
Mike specializes in working with owners & leadership teams to co-create the game plan while simultaneously strengthening team effectiveness. His experience spans senior roles across sales & marketing, product, technology and operations, giving him a unique ability to ensure the path forward is grounded in reality.
